Andy Ingram D.C.

I grew up in Vermilion, Ohio, where community and care for others were values deeply instilled in me from a young age. After completing my undergraduate studies at Baldwin Wallace University, I knew my path would be in healthcare. Chiropractic care felt like the perfect fit—combining my passion for natural health solutions with the ability to truly make a difference in people’s lives.

My wife, Lucy, and I moved to Florida so I could attend Palmer College of Chiropractic, a journey that further solidified my calling. Following graduation, we returned to Cleveland to begin my career, and over the past six years, I’ve had the honor of serving a diverse range of patients, from families and children to seniors and athletes.

I believe that chiropractic care is a personal experience—each patient requires an individualized approach. I have thorough experience in activator methods and Thompson drops, and I specialize in traditional manual chiropractic adjustments, and I am committed to tailoring each treatment to meet the unique needs of my patients. I’ve worked extensively in family chiropractic care, pre- and post-natal treatment, and sports rehabilitation. My goal is to help every patient feel heard, understood, and cared for with the highest level of professionalism and warmth.

Now, as I take over the practice from Dr. Kempf, I am humbled to continue the legacy of exceptional, compassionate care he has built over the past two decades. His philosophy aligns perfectly with my own, and I am committed to preserving the strong relationships he formed with each of you. Lucy and I, along with our children, Elliot and Clark, are excited to have settled down in Westlake. We are thrilled to be part of this community and look forward to continuing to serve the residents, workers, and families of Cleveland with the same dedication and care that you’ve always known.

Monika

Monika is a born and raised Ohioan and loves living in Lakewood with her husband, John. Monika received her degrees in education from Hiram College and Walden University.

She spent 17 years as an educator working with students in grades PreK through eighth grade with an emphasis on math remediation. Outside of work, Monika enjoys reading, baking, gardening, and traveling. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially with her four nieces and nephews. Monika has been a chiropractic patient for about 10 years and credits regular adjustments with helping her move without chronic pain, improving her overall health and quality of life.

Lucy Ingram

Lucy is originally from the small town of Vermilion, she and Dr. Andy have been together since middle school and now reside in Westlake with their two children.

She finds joy in self-care, being near the water, and spending quality time with her family. Lucy graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a degree in Speech Language Pathology. In addition to being co-owner of the practice she is currently working for a local school district primarily with the secondary population. Her holistic journey started in her teens and deepened during Andy’s chiropractic studies.

Lucy is dedicated to educating others, especially when her expertise in speech-language pathology, holistic practices, and motherhood converge. She truly believes that a holistic approach and listening to your whole body is key to overall wellness including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
